The Special Court has dismissed the appeal of Kejvina Kthella, who requested that the seized luxury car be returned to her.

Today, GJKKO has decided to dismiss the request by deciding against it.

"Rejection of the appeal submitted by the petitioner Kejvina Kthella, against decision no. 224, dated 12.12.2019 of the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes", says the decision given today.

Kejvina Kthella was the owner of a luxury car "Audi A8", when it was confiscated by SPAK. The car was confiscated along with dozens of other properties belonging to Redjan Rraja, with whom Kthella had had a romantic relationship.

SKAP said that although in the name of Kthella, the car indirectly belonged to Rejdan Rraja. The latter was sentenced to life imprisonment for the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoj.
