The testimony of 31-year-old Habib Rexha to the police has been clarified, after he surrendered at noon today at the Kavaja Police Station, after two days ago he executed 48-year-old Arian Gosa with a bullet in the head for revenge motives.

Sources inform that Rexha has stated to the investigative group that on the day when the incident happened, he was with his friend in the cinema and saw that the target was sitting in the bar. After leaving for 30 meters from the place where the incident happened, he left the vehicle and walked towards it on foot.

Rexha said that the confrontation with him was accidental and he committed the murder out of a fit of rage. He denies that his friend knew about the crime he was about to commit. He says that together with him they left through Durrës and then towards Kukës.

"I was near a cinema with a friend of mine. I saw that the target was sitting in the bar. I saw him and ran 300 meters away. I left the car there and walked back. I carried the gun with me. The friend was not aware. I saw him by chance in coffee. I acted in the heat of the moment. I left with my friend from Durrës in the direction of Kukës"  said Habib Rexha in front of the blue uniforms.

It is learned that these days Habib Rexha has stayed in his hometown in Kukës.

Security cameras of businesses in Kavaja filmed him leaving on foot after shooting 48-year-old Arian Gosa in the head. The event happened in a bar in the No. 1 district of Kavaja on Sunday afternoon, while Arian Gosa was having a coffee with his father. The latter saw his son killed before his eyes.

Habib Rexha killed Arian Gosa for revenge for his brother, Altin Rexha, where he was killed after a fight with Arian Gosa's brother, Armand (Edmond) Gosa, where both remained dead. This event happened on March 29 of this year, as Habib Rexha returned from Germany and took revenge for his brother after 53 days.
