Argita and Jamarber Malltezi

Argita and Jamarbër Malltezi, the daughter and son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, are seeking release from the seizure of their assets, blocked on account of the "Partizani" file.

The criminal request with the object of "return of seized property" will be reviewed by the trial panel of the "Partizani" case, Elsa Ulliri, Bib Ndreca and Rudina Palloi.

After Malltezi's arrest, at the request of SPAK, the Special Court ordered the seizure of nearly 25 assets, of which 16 apartments, several bank accounts and his shares in several commercial companies.
