At 10:00 this Thursday, the third phase of the evaluation of candidates who applied for the competition procedure for financial investigators at the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office began.
Also part of the race is Ditmir Hoda, the son of Zeqir Hoda, a member of the High Prosecutorial Council, who is also part of the 11 who vote for the four candidates in the race for the leadership position in SPAK.
At the last meeting of the KLP, Hoda withdrew from the vote to approve the list of candidates for SPAK leadership, due to an article regarding his son's candidacy as a financial investigator, where it was alleged that prosecutor Klodian Braho, also a candidate for SPAK leadership, was part of the commission. For this reason, Hoda withdrew from the vote.
Despite allusions to the presence of Klodian Braho on the Financial Investigator Selection Committee, in the Financial Investigation Sector, in the Special Prosecution Office, sources indicate that the latter withdrew from the committee on October 6, the day he submitted the platform to the High Prosecutorial Council for the vacant position of head of SPAK.
The evaluation of candidates for financial investigators will be carried out by prosecutors Sotir Kllapi, Dorina Bejko and Dritan Prençi. The latter replaced Braho after his resignation.
In the third phase of the competition, 10 candidates will participate for 4 vacant positions, who have accumulated over 40 points.
The structured oral interview with candidates for financial investigators, in the Financial Investigation Sector, will take place this Thursday, on 23.10.2025, in the SPAK building, and the candidates will be notified individually of the time set for the interview. Candidates notified SPAK that in the first two phases of the competition they have not collected a minimum of 40 (forty) points will be notified individually of their results.
