Analyst Arben Meçe stated in "Breaking" on Top Neës with Fiori Dardha that there will be a confrontation to prove that Fredi Beleri was elected mayor of Himara based on Greece's intervention.
According to him, the veto of the Greek state will continue until the end of the trial of Beler, who has been behind bars for months.
Meçe said that Greece's stance is anti-democratic and that it has not found any support regarding the veto it placed on Albania regarding EU membership.
"Greece's veto will continue until the trial ends. A trial that, of course, as far as I can see, will declare Beler guilty. The matter will go to early or normal elections in Himara. The parties will appear and we will be in a real confrontation in Himara, to prove the intervention of the Greek state in Himara, to prove that Beler's victory was nothing but aggression and interference in the internal affairs of the Greek state through the officers of to the secret service present in Himare, 40 buses where the Himarjots of Greece gathered to bring them there, through the purchase of votes with Greek passports and pensions.
In her attitude towards the veto, it is important whether she will find allies in that attitude. Greece, in its attitude that is anti-democratic and that is a flagrant exploitation of a right given to the EU for veto, has not found support from anyone. In this context, let Greece alone continue the war because there is nothing to gain. One thing is certain, the Beleri case is a clear expression of a blow that the already consolidated Albanian state is giving to this intervention", he said.
