The group that supports former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, the Re-establishment Commission will hold the National Assembly tomorrow. 1,800 delegates from all over Albania are expected to come to the capital to take part in this important event.

The works will start at 10.00 and the participants will be delegates selected from all branches of the DP in the country. Participants will be members of the National Council, youth delegates and those of the women's forum, learns journalist Osman Stafa.

This Assembly is expected to decide on the new date on which the membership will be called to elect the new chairman of the Democrats. For weeks, Democrats have been involved in a process of renovating grassroots institutions, which is due to be completed by April 30th.

Elections for the new mayors have been held in all branches of the Democratic Party, who are also expected to be present at the work of the National Assembly. The representative of the Re-establishment Commission, Ivi Kaso, said two days ago that other changes are expected.

" Proposals have come from the branches for a tradition of the Democratic Party, which provides that the chairmen of the branches, because they are elected with one member, one vote, will be part of the National Council. "There were also proposals of a technical nature, to fix those spaces that have been left empty, which have to do with the organization of the party ", he said in the media.
