Vlora Police has declared a 19-year-old wanted, against whom a teenager has filed a lawsuit. The Blues suggest in a press release that a 15-year-old citizen appeared at the Vlora Police Station, and showed "that in November 2021, this citizen had sexual intercourse with her, against her will". Police said they are working to apprehend the citizen with the initials EK

The Crime Investigation Specialists at the Vlora Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, against the citizen EK, 19 years old, resident in Vlora, after a 15-year-old citizen reported that in November of the year 2021, this citizen has had sexual intercourse with her, against her will.

Work is underway to apprehend the EK citizen
