SPAK opens race for financial investigation sector, criteria candidates must

The establishment of the financial investigation section has been one of the priorities, which Kraja has mentioned since last year's annual special prosecution work report.

However, this structure is only being established now and the SPAK has adopted the selection regulation of its members.

Those who are successful in the selection process will join a team supporting Special Prosecution prosecutors who will pursue and investigate criminal acts in the field of corruption and organised crime.

Candidates for this structure must meet certain criteria such as, have graduated for justice, finance or other areas related to financial investigation. To have work experience no less than two years as judicial police officers, they must open consent to periodic control of their communications and bank accounts.

If candidates assess as possible, they will then undergo 4 stages of evaluation, such as control of the wealth and purity of the figure, written assessment, oral interview, evaluation of life, etc.
