A serious incident was reported days ago in the city of Vlora where Rinald Rakipaj was arrested by the Police after being accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl.

This event was discussed yesterday evening on the show "Top Story".

Part of the panel was journalist Aulona Musta, who raised the alarm and concern about how the 15-year-old's parents, as well as her friends, allowed her to spend the night outside the house.

According to her, the parents' behavior in this case is a lack of responsibility.

"How can a family, three families not one, of 15-year-old girls be so easily lied to that they are sleeping with each other. I tried too in my time, when I was older than 15, it was out of the question, at 20 I would tell my mom I would sleep with my friend. Ok, I'm calling my friend's mom, she would say will I sleep with her or not. And we are talking about close friends who were family acquaintances. This is where the problem begins because I can't get into the police department, because it's not my competence. If the Albanian family has reached this kind of carelessness that you don't have responsibility for the 14-year-old child, for the 14-year-old girl who leaves without a problem and lies so easily at night, for me this is a very big problem," said Aulona.

How the incident happened:

We recall that on March 25, a 40-year-old man was arrested by the Vlora police after allegedly having sexual relations with a minor.

Moreover, as we reported earlier, this citizen is suspected of collaborating with citizen FQ, 33, to have encouraged the 15-year-old and her two friends, 15 and 16 years old, to use narcotics.

It was the mother of the 15-year-old who was sexually abused by 40-year-old Rinald Rakipaj who raised the alarm with the police.

Initially, it was the minor herself who told her mother the mistake she had made, the people involved in this incident, and the entire scene.

Then the mother and daughter went to the Vlora Police Station where they reported the 40-year-old.

The Vlora police immediately made it possible to arrest this citizen.

Meanwhile, regarding the way the incident unfolded, it is learned that the 15-year-old girl, along with her two friends, had voluntarily gone to a hotel in Vlora.

One of them is suspected of having been in contact with Rinald Rakipaj for a long time. The latter then convinced the minor to take her two friends with him to the hotel.

Driven by curiosity, the underage girls consumed cocaine-type narcotics.

Rakipaj then, along with the 15-year-old girl, separated from the group and went to another room where it is suspected that the 40-year-old sexually abused the minor girl.

Meanwhile, it is worth noting that Rakipaj's friend, the 33-year-old with the initials FQ, stayed in the room with the other two girls, continuing to consume narcotics.

In connection with this incident, the police have arrested the 40-year-old man, while criminally prosecuting his friend.

Before the investigative group, Rakipaj initially pleaded not guilty, but during interrogation he "surrendered" to the officers and explained the entire dynamics of the incident.

He admitted that he had been communicating with one of the girls for a long time and that the minors had gone to the hotel of their own free will.

In fact, according to the 40-year-old's testimony, the 15-year-old had agreed to have sexual intercourse willingly.
