Ilber Domi

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has seized three assets of Ilber Domi , who is under investigation by German authorities for drug trafficking.

The prosecution announces that the wealth investigation into citizen Ilber Domi and his family members for the period 2011-2024 resulted in the value of this citizen's income being less than the total value of his investments and personal expenses.

Announcement from the Tirana prosecutor's office:

Taking into account the results of the property investigations conducted regarding citizen ID and his relatives, it is proven that he was involved in the criminal activity 'Drug Trafficking'.

For these reasons, based on the law "On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana requested the seizure of assets and the court accepted the seizure of the following assets:

– Real estate at r.116/27, type of land with an area of ​​850 m2 located in Zall Herr, Tirana;

– Apartment property, with an area of ​​113.8m2, divided into 77.7m2 net area, 11.3m2 common area and 24.8m2 veranda; and

– Unit property, with a gross area of ​​98.8m2, as well as 2 parking spaces with numbers P53 and P54, ordered according to the contract.

Ilber Domi is internationally wanted by Interpol Wiesbaden, Germany, for the criminal offenses of 'Trafficking in narcotics' and 'Possession and sale of weapons of war and ammunition' provided for by the German Criminal Code.
