Today at 1:00 PM, Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos will present the European Commission's plan for the enlargement of the union to the European Parliament.
A diplomatic source in Brussels told Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu that Commissioner Marta Kos will tell the European Parliament that "Albania will close 6 Chapters by the end of 2026 and will close the remaining 25 chapters by the end of 2027."
Alongside the progress report today in Brussels, Commissioner Marta Kos will also present what is known as the Roadmap with concrete dates for countries aspiring to full EU membership.
