The 90 minutes spent on the bench by Cristiano Ronaldo in the Manchester derby that United lost 6-3 against City seems to have caused the final break between the Portuguese champions and coach Erik Ten Hag, with the result that CR7's safe farewell from "Old Trafford" during the January market.

The English press is sure of this, since the "excuse" given by the Dutch coach himself for choosing not to throw number 7 on the field, even in the second half, due to "respecting Ronaldo's great career", does not convince no one.

Therefore, while the rumors about the possible future destination of the Portuguese, after the end of the World Cup in Qatar, are intensifying.

The topic of Ronaldo is very popular on social networks, even for the publication of a video about what happened in the tunnel of the "Etihad" stadium, before the derby won by Guardiola's team.

The sequence portrays Ronaldo himself, who, aiming to enter the pitch, realizes that he is about to step on the Manchester City crest emblazoned across the tunnel. With a quick movement of his, CR7 "dribbles" the "Citizens" logo, goes around it, avoiding walking on it, unlike the other United players.

A nice gesture showing Ronaldo's fair play and sportsmanship towards a historic rival club, appreciated by City fans and football in general, but perhaps not entirely by those of Manchester United, already frustrated by the latest humiliating defeat.
