Cristiano Ronaldo's first match in Saudi Arabia will not be with Al Nassr's shirt. CR7 will take to the pitch on January 19, part of a mixed line-up made up of players from his new team and rivals Al Hilal. It will be a friendly against Lionel Messi's PSG.

The match, 'baptised' as the 'Riyadh Season Cup', will be played at the 'King Fahd Stadium', where 24 hours before Milan and Inter will compete for the League Super Cup.

Rudi Garcia, the coach of Al Nassr, who leads the championship in Saudi Arabia, was not satisfied. "I'm sorry that Ronaldo's debut will not be with our jersey," the Frenchman said at the press conference. - As the coach of Nassr, I cannot be satisfied that this challenge is played only 3 days before an important championship match like the one against Al Ettifaq.

It could have been done differently. I understand the importance for the popularity of Saudi football to see players like PSG play in their country."

Garcia confirmed that CR7 has to serve another week of suspension (Saturday against Al Shabab), so he will be able to play the first official match with Al Nasr on January 22, at 'Mrsool Park' against Al Ettifaq.
