Fa with significant announcement: No Palestinian flags or Izreli in stadium
Euro 2024

Flags and shirts showing support for victims of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will not be allowed for England's matches against Australia and Italy at Wembley.

The Football Association announced in a statement to media on Thursday as they are expected to begin their Euro 2024 qualifiers.

England host Australia in a friendly on Friday before facing Italy on Tuesday.

"On Friday night, we will remember the innocent victims of the devastating events in Israel and Palestine," the Fa said in a statement.

"We will only allow flags, replica sets and other representations of nationality for competing nations within Wembley Stadium for future matches against Australia and Italy," the statement said.

"England and Australia players will wear black armbands and there will be a minute of silence before kick-off."
