Sylvinho

A departure of coach Sylvinho from the Albanian national team would not be surprising, even though he is under contract, even until the end of this calendar year.

In recent days, news has circulated about Botafogo's interest in him, and even about a conversation the Brazilian had with the team's owner.

Journalist Enriko Gabaj has learned that technician Sylvinho has been lured by the offer of the Brazilian champions, but nothing official so far.

Brazil confirms that negotiations have begun, but are still in the preliminary phase, however, giving the impression that the departure is possible and even expected in the coming days.

In March, Sylvinho will not be managing the Rossoneri, but will aim to defend the championship title with Botafogo.

The parties have previously agreed, while it is up to the AFF to decide whether to give the 50-year-old the green light.

The conversation will take place between the managers and the technician, and then the decision will be made.

There was previously interest in Sylvinho from Portugal, but at that time it was the Albanian Football Association that convinced the Brazilian to stay, giving him confidence in the project he had started.
