The Central Election Commission decided this Tuesday on the ballot paper and the schedule of the process, when the citizens of Kukes can go to the Voting Centers on September 24.

The CEC decided that the ballot should be golden, just like the one in the May 14 local elections. Meanwhile, VCs will open at 07:00 and close at 19:00.

September 1 is the deadline for electoral subjects to register with the CEC and September 8 is the deadline for political candidates.

Until now, the Socialist Party and the Re-establishment Group have chosen the candidates with whom they intend to take the leadership of the Municipality of Kukes, after the dismissal of Safet Gjic, involved in the sexual scandal.

The SP has chosen Albert Halilajn, while through the Primaries, Reestablishment has chosen Emri Vata. Meanwhile, the official Democratic Party is expected to make a decision whether or not there will be candidates on Wednesday, August 30, where it has called the leadership of the Democratic Party.
