The court of Vlora has decided the security measure "prison arrest" for Fredi Beleri. The candidate of "We win together" for the municipality of Himare was arrested for buying and selling votes. 

In the courtroom, Fredi Beleri stated that he has nothing to do with the accusation.

He said that he was with his relatives and that he did not have the money to buy votes.

"I have nothing to do with the accusation, I was with my relatives, I didn't have the money to buy votes!" Fredi Beleri reportedly said in the courtroom.
