The candidate of the Berisha-Meta coalition for Himara, Fredi Bleri, has arrived at the premises of the Court of Vlora.

The ambassador of Greece in Albania, Konstantina Kamitsi, as well as the head of PBDNJ Vangjel Dule will also be present at the session. 

Shortly before the start of the session, Fredi Beleri asked for medical help. It is known that the candidate of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" has requested treatment with the argument that he suffers from diabetes.

Beleri was arrested by order of the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora for active corruption in the elections. His arrest came 48 hours before the May 14 local elections, where the 51-year-old is running against the current mayor, Gjergji Goro, who is seeking a third term.
