Lulzim Basha's Euro-Atlantic Coalition has reported Prime Minister Edi Rama to SPAK about the decision of the Council of Ministers to forgive administrative fines imposed by the government from 2015 to 2024.

The complaint was filed by the candidate for deputy of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition for the region of Tirana, Rajmond Dervishi, who says that the DCM is in serious violation of the criminal code, the electoral code and the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and the European Convention on Human Rights.

According to him, the approval of this DCM in this time slot aims to distort the will of the voters to lie to them for a handful of votes. Dervishi also says that the prime minister is frightened by the real polls as he cannot capture 71 mandates.

Criminal Complaint

Against the incumbent CM, Mr. Edi Rama.

When we entered the last 24 hours of the government in office, the permanent thief turned kleptomaniac, incumbent Prime Minister Edi Rama, terrified by the real polls who cannot get 71 mandates, in serious violation of the criminal code, the electoral code and the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and the European Convention on Human Rights, has approved on 9.5.2025 the DCM for the forgiveness of administrative fines imposed by its government from 2015 to 2024.
