Prime Minister Edi Rama is on an official visit to Abu Dhabi as part of an international forum on energy security.

The Albanian Prime Minister has received media attention with the special surprise he gave to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on the occasion of her 48th birthday.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Rama presented Meloni with a gray scarf decorated with portraits of Albanian personalities from the last century.

In the video published by Italian media, Prime Minister Rama is seen waiting for Meloni at the pavilions of the National Exhibition Center in Abu Dhabi and as she arrives, he addresses her as "Your Majesty" and sings an improvised version of the song "Tanti Auguri".

In a hilarious moment, Rama continued with the joke: " I have a voice like an Albanian donkey ."
