Prime Minister Edi Rama has argued fiercely with one of the builders present at today's meeting, where administrative procedures are being discussed.

As the builder asked for clarifications as to why the taxes for them increased in the middle of the fiscal year.

He also said that it was not fair that only construction should pay for the homeless. On his part, Rama said that it was not normal for those who were involved in tourism to pay and to have a hotel floor taken from them.

Ndërtuesi: Nuk kundërshtojmë çmimin e referencës por ndryshimin e taksës në mes të vitit. Ne kemi nisur një procedurë leje në janar psh, dhe leja zgjat, deri 8 muaj. 8% që paguajmë për 1 gusht, është i papërgatitur nga ne që ta paguajmë dyfish.

Rama: S’ka problem, bëjeni prapë aplikimin, rëndësi ka që keni prona
