Tensions and clashes between opposition and majority MPs in the Assembly continued in several episodes during Thursday's session!
One of them happened between Bora Muzhaq and Albana Vokshi.
The latter demanded the exclusion of Taulant Balla from the session and a two-month sentence, calling him a "charlatan," while addressing his majority colleagues as to whether they "had sisters, mothers, and wives" in their families for the sexist insults Balla had made and the constant intimidation in the Assembly.
For her part, Muzhaqi, during her speech, returned the call to Vokshi, reminding her of her vocabulary, and addressed her with the same question that caused the opposition member's irritation.
The verbal clash between the two legislators has degraded into harsh tones, moving from political discussion to personal retorts.
During the debate, Muzhaqi addressed Vokshi with the words: "How would you feel if they said to your daughter what you said to me?!"
This statement caused an immediate reaction from Vokshi, who responded in high tones:
"Don't mention my children. Shut up. Don't ever mention my children to me. Shut up. Stop it... shame on you, shame on you, don't mention my children here, you hear me...!"
For her part, Muzhaqi continued her reply by emphasizing: "Don't mention my parents to me."
While Vokshi reacted harshly again: "Don't mention my children in this stinking group. Don't you dare open your mouth... shame!".
