Attorney Genc Gjokutaj spoke to the media after the decision to postpone the hearing of Berisha and Malltez's request.

He said that the expert report has been filed, which proves that the procedure was in order.

"The expert report explains from the beginning to the end the entire progress of Jamarbër Malltezi, all the accounts are explained in time, the expert report has been filed, it finally answers for Malltezi and then also the cooperation as claimed with Mr. Berisha as claims Spak. We want to prove that the procedure was in order, there are no corrupt elements, there is no element that creates the suspicion that we are dealing with elements of these crimes. The postponement was as a result of our request. GJJKO celebrates on official days, not holidays," said the lawyer.

GJKKO decided to postpone the hearing for Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez, who requested the removal of the security measure, and the next trial was decided to be held on Tuesday, March 12.

The lawyers say that there is no criminal offense and no danger, so the measures against them should be softened, while they asked for time to get acquainted with the SPAK information.

They also again demanded the removal of judge Irena Gjoka from the case.
