Quietly and away from the attention of the media, Top Channel has learned that negotiations are taking place that "soothe" the anger of Reestablishment and restore calm in the Assembly.
International calls for a return to normality have apparently not fallen on deaf ears. Some have been fused between the parties and bridges of dialogue have already been built between the heads of the parliamentary groups, Bledi Çuçi and Gazment Bardhi.
Top Channel has learned that the socialists are ready to release pe and fulfill a part of the list of demands of the opposition for the sake of parliamentary normality. Out of 8, the parliamentary majority is ready to offer the minority the establishment of 2 investigative commissions, which must have an agreement and a concrete object.
Unlocking the parliamentary inquiry is not intended to be the only product of the negotiations. Consent is also being sought for the electoral reform, but the solution offered by Gazment Bardhi does not see Enkelejd Alibeaj as co-chairman.
Contrary to what is required, the socialists do not plan to stir the waters more in the ranks of the opposition by removing Basha's mandate from the leadership chair in the electoral reform, but they do not plan to tolerate procrastination either. In the event that by March 25, the Commission will not have a consensual product with the deputies of Lulzim Basha, another way will be seen. The deadline for the commission will not be extended and the work on the electoral reform is expected to be moved to other bodies of the Assembly, where the negotiating weight of Enkelejd Alibeaj will be lost along with the veto.
A possible agreement between the SP and Gazment Bardhi seems not to have left the official DP indifferent, which apparently feels threatened for its position and negotiating weight with the majority. After the signals he received in the Assembly, Enkelejd Alibeaj hastened to appear from the rented headquarters, reiterating his willingness to join forces with the socialists for criminal amnesty./TCH
