The race for the new leader of the DP, Basha: I will be the politician who gives a different model

Lulzim Basha continues the meetings with the Democrats with the launch of the campaign for the election of the new leader of the Democratic Party.

The former chief democrat met with democrats and citizens of Municipal Unit No. 4 in the capital.

For Basha, the time has come for PD to return to the place that history has given it, "in alliance with the USA, Great Britain and the EU."

He reiterated calls for a final break with the past as he added that the Democrats are too late in the party's renewal process.

"And for this I accept my responsibility. We will put the energy of youth forward and the maturity and wisdom of experience to back it up."

And while he has been in politics and with important positions since 2005, Lulzim Basha promised that, this time, he will bring a different model from the conflicting one with which, according to him, the citizens were overfed during the transition.

"I gave the model even during this time, as many did not agree, I did not respond to mud with mud. After all, this is the model that Albanians reject and from which our opponent benefits", said Basha, among other things.
