The Socialist Party will officially launch its campaign at noon today at Skanderbeg Square in Tirana.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Edi Rama has posted a video on social media wearing sneakers with the number 5, while he is heard saying that he is ready for the month-long marathon of the May 11 election campaign.
The Socialists have chosen the number 12 as the leitmotif of the launch of this campaign – April 12, 12:00, and the 12 stars of the EU – to emphasize their political goal: Albania in the EU by 2030. This is also the slogan of this campaign: “Albania 2030 in the EU! Only with Edin and the Socialist Party.”
The launch of the campaign was preceded the day before by another symbolic activity – 12 parallel activities in the 12 regions of the country, carried out by socialist women.
A new format for the Socialists, who this time are not content with a central meeting, but are spreading the electoral message throughout the country at once.
On Sunday, April 14, Rama's campaign will move to the diaspora, with a meeting in Milan at 3:00 PM.
