The Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja has published two photos on Facebook, where he is seen working in his office.

On his desk, the minister is looking at the amnesty bill.

According to Top Channel, around 600 prisoners are expected to benefit from the amnesty. This bill requires 84 votes. The current capacity of Albanian prisons is at the limits of their capacity.

According to TCH, at the informal meeting of the government in Tepelena, it was Prime Minister Rama who asked for amnesty. Then the minister Ulsi Manja himself led the working group for the drafting of amnesty criteria.
