The former leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Monika Kryemadhi, does not appear to have declared any of the bank accounts in Switzerland and other European countries, including Cyprus, from where payments were made or received money from offshore companies.

Moreover, one of the bank transfer invoices shows that Kryemadhi has received money in the form of dividends from offshore companies with Russian connections.

This fact is a violation of the law for which the MP immediately loses his mandate because he made a false statement, but is also placed under investigation.

If the investigation certifies the authenticity of the documents implicating Kryemadhi, then the MP of the Freedom Party will face several charges, including false declaration, money laundering, and concealment of assets.

The first step in this case must be carried out by SPAK, which must at least verify by looking at the declaration of assets made by Monika Kryemadhi./ tch
