Albania has entered the month of the electoral campaign for the local elections of May 14, with the government and the opposition deployed on the ground with all their arsenal, to fulfill the mission of victory in the country's 61 municipalities.

However, it seems that even this year the candidates did not escape without violating the Electoral Code.

Thus, at the height of the electoral campaign, the Government has distributed several building permits.

What stands out in the 40 decisions of the last meeting of the KKT, which was held on Tuesday, April 25, is that with the signature of Rama, the "OK" is given to the construction of seven new towers in Tirana.

The facilities for which the KKT decision was taken are expected to be built mainly along the coast of Lana, on the "Gjergj Fishta" boulevard, but also in areas such as "Don Bosko" and the "Jordan Misja" neighborhood, where concrete has been continuously poured in recent years. blowing up vehicle traffic with alley jams and destroying green spaces.

The massive construction of towers in Tirana has opened a strong debate, not only about the dramatic consequences in the urban destruction of the city, but also their use for cleaning on an industrial scale of millions of euros, which are the source of the activities of criminal organizations abroad and inside the country .

2. Building permit for the object: "Manhattan I - Residential and service building", located near "Asim Vokshi" and "Don Bosko" Streets, in the Municipality of Tirana", with the developer company "Forever Construction" sh.pk

3. Building permit for the building: "Building with mixed function, service, hotel and residential", located on "Brigada e VIII" Street, in the Municipality of Tirana, with the developer company "Forever Construction" sh.pk

4. Building Permit for the object: "Green Tower" Polyfunctional Building, located on "Gjergj Fishta" Boulevard, Tirana Municipality, with the developer company "Titan Konstruksion" sh.pk

5. Building Permit for the object: "Object with trade and services function", located on "Jordan Misja" Street, Tirana Municipality", subject to the development company "Rreli-S" sh.pk

6. Development permit for the object: "Residential structure, service and mixed functions" located in the Municipality of Tirana", with the developer company "Armaar Group" sh.pk and "Unico Construction" sh.pk

7. Development permit for the object: "Tirana Lana Riverside Residences residential and service complex", located on Gjergj Fishta boulevard, in the Municipality of Tirana", with the developer company "Forever Construction" sh.pk
