Evi Kokalari has denounced the fraud of Belind Kelliç regarding his graduation in the USA and the decriminalization form.

In a post on "Facebook", Kokalari declares that the candidate of the Berisha-Meta duo has clearly given false statements when he writes that his degree in America is combined with a Master of Science in Management Sciences.
For many years in the USA, Kokalari emphasizes that the degree that Kelliçi received in America is a bachelor's degree and could not be recognized as a scientific master's degree, and the recognition that the Ministry of Education gave him during the Berisha government is a scandal in itself.

" In the self-declaration form of deputies, a form that is used to guarantee the integrity of persons who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions and that Belind Kelliçi has signed that he is aware of the legal consequences in case of false, incomplete or incorrect statements , and has confirmed the accuracy of the data reflected in the form', Kelliçi has clearly given false statements, when he writes that: he has joined the Master of Science in Management Sciences.

While the degree he received in America is a bachelor's degree and could not be recognized as a master's degree, this scandal on his own is how it was made possible by the Ministry of Education.

In short, Kelliçi, as a young deputy, has broken the law without properly setting foot in the parliament.
