The candidate for the Mayor of Tirana from the coalition " We win together" , Belind Kelliçi, denounced today that the company 5D Konstruksion ( Former IGOR ELEKTRIK; former VAS Konstruksion ) of the director of IMT Mariglen Qato is involved in corrupt affairs and has benefited from millions of euros in tenders capital city.

This company turns out to have benefited from at least two public tenders in the Municipality of Shkodra run by the democrats.
