DP MP Agron Shehaj has reacted again on the 2 billion dollar project of the tourist port of Durrës, which is being considered as a corrupt affair and was approved in the Assembly only with the votes of the SP.

In a post on social networks, Shehaj writes that the construction of the palaces is a personal project of Mohamed Alabari, which serves as a facade for the other beneficiaries of these constructions.

He says that Eagle Hills Real Estate Development shpk, with which the Rama government made the contract, has no ownership, legal or financial connection with Emaar Group or with Eagle Hills Development of Abu Dhabi, but they are offshore companies.

He has issued a document and writes that the Government has contented itself with a personal statement formulated in an unprofessional and worthless manner by Mohamed Alabari, who has stated that he and his family are the owners of shell companies: a statement made in one piece letter only with signature, without any official elements (letterhead, stamp) and without any certification (notarization and apostille).

Shehaj further adds that Alabar does not own Emaar, but may have a negligible percentage of shares.

The building of buildings in the Port of Durrës is a personal project of Mohamed Alabari, which serves as a facade for the other beneficiaries of these constructions. All the claims that Edi Rama and Alabar make with Emaar and Eagle Hills of Abu Dhabi are complete frauds. The facts are simple:

1. Eagle Hills Real Estate Development shpk, with which the Rama government made the contract, has NO property, legal or financial relationship with Emaar Group or with Eagle Hills Development of Abu Dhabi. NO CONNECTION. ZERO. Eagle Hills in Albania with a capital of 10 thousand lek is a shell company (i.e. a company without activity and without capital), owned by a shell company (North Hill), which is also owned by another shell company (Symphony Global) , which is also owned by another shell company (Symphony Investment). This chain of four shell companies one after the other is typical of money laundering or money laundering schemes of corruption or crime.

2. Edhe pse ka bërë marrëveshje me kompani guackë, pa asnjë kapital dhe aktivitet, qeveria Rama nuk ka asnjë dokument zyrtar se kush janë pronarët fundorë të këtyre kompanive guackë. Ajo është mjaftuar me një deklaratë personale të formulaur në mënryë aspak profesionale dhe pa vlere të Mohamed Alabarit, i cili ka deklaruar se është ai dhe familja e tij pronarë të kompanive guackë: deklaratë e bërë në një copë letër vetëm me firmë, pa asnjë element zyrtar (kokë, vulë) dhe pa asnjë certifikim (noterizim dhe apostile). Është një letër identike me letrat e bakallit që lëshonte Sudja në kohën e piramidave.

3. Alabar is not the owner of Emaar. He may have a negligible percentage of shares, but that does not make him an owner in Emaar. Emaar is state owned and listed on the stock market and has tens of thousands of shareholders and no one can claim to be the owner of Emaar.

The whole construction project in Durrës is a fraud scheme to steal public land to build with money of corruption and crime, under the facade of Mohamed Alabari who will earn hundreds of millions of euros without risking a penny.
