The candidate of the PD Primaries for the Municipality of Tirana was invited to a TV show yesterday.

But during the debate, what stood out was an expression by Këlliç, who apparently sees the election victory as an opportunity to hire DP militants. 

"The victory is won by the Democrats who are unemployed, have been in the opposition for 10 years. This should have worried", declared Kelliçi.

At this moment, the host of the show, Eni Vasili, intervened, who, surprised by Kelliç's approach, said that PD is thus seeking to get the municipalities to put their people to work.

"I can't let this message go like this, that the Democrats are unemployed and therefore we have to win the municipalities, so they can go to work. That this kind of politics has brought us here. You are saying that the municipal administration should change whenever the policy changes. I think this should end now that you are unemployed, and we will come to power to put you to work. They don't serve as work offices, at least don't say so publicly," said Vasili.
