The Assembly of the Republic has approved the draft resolution for the commemoration and honoring of the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica. The draft resolution was approved with 113 votes in favor, while there were no votes against.
Today's plenary session has been accompanied by many debates, as the opposition MPs have considered this draft resolution as incomplete.
The draft resolution confirms Albania's position that denial of the genocide is a violation of international law.
