The construction of the farmer and the fine against him

A farmer was fined 26 million old lek for building a hut in the village without permission.

The scandalous case is reported by the social deputy Erion Braçe, who calls this staggering fine an "execution" for the farmer.

As he explains, the farmer had built a small greenhouse there, but he had not used it. He therefore decided to convert it into a shelter for his three cows, erecting a wall of blocks and some sheet metal.
