'Locals 2023'/ Edi Rama warns of a tsunami from Dibra with Balluk

Prime Minister Edi Rama held a two-day meeting in Dibër, as part of the electoral campaign. Today the prime minister shared a video from the meeting with the group of the socialist assembly of Dibra.

The video first shows the surprise they gave to the co-president of Dibra, who is celebrating her birthday.

" We are the Socialist Party of the earthquake, that is, of Dibra. Yes, it was an earthquake with a president with the co-president who had a birthday and as soon as the candles were blown out, it will be a tsunami ," Rama can be heard saying in the video, while Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku is by his side.
