Although it should have been a special session only for Kosovo , the majority took the opportunity to introduce the agenda of the plenary session on October 5 for voting.

Among them were the requests for the establishment of two investigative commissions requested by the opposition for concessions in health and the leakage of data from the TIMS system , which were rejected by the socialists.

But what made the situation in the Assembly hall even more tense was the reading by Lindita Nikolla of Lulzim Basha 's announcements about the expulsion of Gazmend Bardhi as a deputy of the Democratic Party, an act which Sali Berisha considered as the exclusion of the opposition from the parliament.
