To tell you the truth, in a meeting I had in Gramsh, one of the discussants was a doctor. As she spoke, she described the collapse of the system and the conditions in which she worked, going back decades. The doctor was in charge of 3 municipal centers with over 25 thousand inhabitants. My colleagues and I have fled. As Gramshi, I guarantee you that it is the majority. Our system has almost completely lost what is called regionalization and which is necessary to face, meet the demands and needs of this system from the citizens. Everywhere fraud, falsehood and lies have consequences, but in health they have fatal consequences, life", said Berisha.
