The majority approved the amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly with 79 votes, while the opposition was absent from the hall.

While Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi went through the plenary session procedure for voting on the draft decisions on the agenda and the Rules of Procedure of Parliament, the opposition present in the discussions stood up and left the hall.

This departure came immediately after the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, delivered his speech on procedure, where he stated that the majority should withdraw from violating the Constitution and not pass it.

As Peleshi requested a vote on presence and then the voting procedure, the DP deputies and their allies left.

The majority continued with the voting on the amendment to the regulation, approving it with 79 votes in favor, none against, and no abstentions. There were 57 deputies absent from the chamber.
