The decision of the Assembly of Albania not to adopt the resolution condemning Serbian crimes in Srebrenica as genocide is widely reflected in the Bosnian media.

Some of these media, especially those online, have come up with open attitudes against Albania, even calling on local citizens to boycott Albanian products and not visit albania's coastline.

During the Assembly hearing, DP MP Tritan Shehu called for the adoption of the resolution condemning Serbian crimes in Bosnia as genocide in 1995.

The resolution received the support of Berisha, who called for her unanimous vote. But the Socialists knocked him down by 51 votes against, accusing Salvini of having to be the last to seek such a resolution, as he violated the oil embargo for Serbia and fuelled Milosevic's murderous machinery.

Over 8,000 Bosnian men were executed by Serbian forces during the siege of Srebrenica.
