The head of SPAK Arben Kraja, at the meeting of the National Integration Council answered the questions of the deputies. Speaking about OFL, Kraja said that for 2020 OFL there was a work overload, while adding that he had stated earlier that he was against it.

" OFL for 2020, has been a work overload, without any problems. I said that I was against OFL, but still when a draft is returned to the law we are obliged to implement it. " If you do not implement them, it is called a violation ," he said.
