The chairman of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has attacked the chief commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi after the decision of the CEC, where he decided not to register his PD as an electoral subject for the local elections of May 14, because he does not complete the documentation.

According to Alibeaj, Celibashi did a political service and that his decision was influenced, so he left the opposition out of the elections. He further adds that Celibashi finds it impossible to separate personal opinions and fandom from legal facts.

Also, among other things, Alibeaj also informs that today's decision will be appealed to KAS.

However, as always, we will follow the legal path to finalize the DP representation on May 14. Any legal artifice or elaborate political and no legal reason is simply the desperate path that extensions of old politics in independent constitutional institutions have chosen to stop us in our tracks. They won't make it!!,"- writes Alibeaj on social networks.
