Erges Dule, the mayor of Konsipoli, has reacted again regarding the recently created situation, where Rama has requested the removal of all municipal directors nationwide.

Ergest Dule opposed their dismissal, leading to a harsh reaction from the prime minister, who in turn responded that "if you don't fire them, then resign yourself."

But apparently the mayor of the small municipality in the southern tip of the country doesn't like to take a step back.

In a long comment on Facebook, he says that his directors have done a lot of work in the municipality, but he also contradicts himself when he tries to blame the employees, not the directors.

"Are all employees equally dedicated? I'm telling you, no. But employees depend on and are committed to the one who leads them. If the leader does not have the passion, desire and love for his place, then the employee will do just enough to show off. At Konispol, I assure you that all of this is available and work is done every day. Are these enough? Of course not."

Hello everyone! Thank you for your interest and comments, but I guarantee that there is no debate regarding the dismissal of administrators.

This is an initiative for the renewal of the administration, for an increase in the quality and quantity of services to citizens.

With this administration, we have done a lot of good work for the community, cleaning the territory, drainage and irrigation canals, putting out fires, providing public lighting in 100% of the territory, paving rural roads, agricultural infrastructure, carrying out projects, receiving and handling hundreds of requests/complaints, assisting in various e-Albania applications, organizing cultural activities, maintaining rural roads, maintaining and investing in schools, etc.

Is there still work to be done? Of course there is.

Are all employees equally committed? I'm telling you, no. But employees depend on and are committed to the one who leads them. If the leader does not have the passion, desire and love for his place, then the employee will do just enough to show off.

In Konispol I assure you that all of this is available and work is done every day. Are these enough? Of course not. Here we need your help and your opinion. If the administration works well and is at the service of the citizen, there is no room for fear and no one moves. Your opinion is valuable and is the performance assessment for us.
