The former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani, after testifying about the concession of sterilization, from the premises of SPAK, has informed that the matter is under investigation, while he clarified that his work is documented in papers and in law.

" SPAK should be thanked for revealing the truth. My work is built on the basis of documents. I followed the law, I did not commit any violations.

I must maintain investigative secrecy. I am not the minister who made the payments. When the concession started, I left my job ," said Cani, among other things.
