"I am waiting for Edi Rama", Beleri with another letter from prison:

For several days now, from the prison cell, Fredi Beleri has been addressed several times to Prime Minister Edi Rama, although the latter never responded.

Even today, in another article published on his Facebook page, Beleri replied with The Ram's long letter to the protest held in Himare.

"The good one" Edi Rama refers to an Albanian word of wisdom asking "not to burn the yorgani for a flea". Let me say a greek saying: "The lion is distinguished from the thoi" writes Fredi Belleri in his post.

Beleri further states that Himara has a Greek population, and that according to him, the League of Nations had conditioned Albania to raise the Greek flag in Himara, to recognize independence.

Today I have read a beautiful book. It was written by a good and modern politician who, as I saw, is called Edi Rama. It is likely to be synonymous with Edi Rami, albania's prime minister, who a week before the May 2023 local elections publicly called me his "personal enemy" and insulted me vulgarly, calling me a fool, scum, garbage and other similar slander. It will certainly be synonymous because the "good" Edi Rama writes differently and refers to another country that is not Albania.

"The Good One" Edi Rama was disturbed by the magnificent rally in Himare, on 14-8-2023, for my release. He said the rally was organized by Greek politicians. I guess he didn't understand it well. The rally was organized by citizens of Albania, of Greek and Albanian origin, where mayors from Greece spoke among others. These citizens of Albania, who despite what Prime Minister Rama did, were not afraid but voted for me and elected me mayor in May.

"Good" Edi Rama refers only to the fact that I have Greek citizenship. He forgets (like Prime Minister Rama) that I was born in Himare, I am of Greek origin and speak Greek. Everyone in my family speaks Greek, as does most of the people of Himara. Despite all this, Albania does not accept the fact that there is a Greek ethnic minority in Himare. It only recognizes the presence of Greeks in the municipalities of Finiq and Dropull. Raising the Greek flag is not a right given to us by Prime Minister Rama. It has been happening since the creation of the Albanian state and it has been a condition for Albania to be recognized by the League of Nations.

"The Good" Edi Rama talks about the problems that exist throughout Albania with property rights. He obviously doesn't know that his prime minister, Edi Rama, from all over Albania's coastline, has designated himar as a strategic investment zone for tourism. In Himare, greek property is robbed, not in other areas of Albania. Only in Himare do we have "strategic investors" who turn out to be all friends of Prime Minister Edi Rama...

"The good" Edi Rama will not have learned that in these 33 years (d.m.th since the fall of communism) that we hear about electoral crimes, only one person has been arrested, he is me and I am of Greek origin.

“I miri” Edi Rama, gjithashtu, nuk do ta ketë mësuar se në zgjedhjet bashkiake të majit u raportuan 35 raste parregullsishë zgjedhore. Vetëm unë jam arrestuar dhe më ka lënë në paraburgim.

“I miri” Edi Rama me të drejtë thotë se SHBA dhe Evropa mbështetën reformën në drejtësi në sistemin gjyqësor shqiptar. Por duke qenë se gjithçka gjykohet nga rezultati, në rastin tim është e qartë se gjërat në drejtësi nuk po shkojnë mirë pasi:
- Policia më përgjoi me metodat e sigurimit të Hoxhës, të cilat janë të ndaluara që në vitet 1990, duke rekrutuar një person të dënuar për mashtrim,

- Prokurorja që më pas urdhëroi policinë për të kryer përgjimet nuk kishte kompetencën për të urdhëruar këtë përgjim,
- Gjatë momentit të arrestimit nuk isha duke kryer asnjë veprim të kundërligjshëm, rrjedhimisht nuk ekziston flagranca,
- Gjyqtarët që nisën procesin ndaj meje ishin të gjithë ish-drejtues apo miq të afërt me Partinë Socialiste Shqiptare.
- Në asnjë moment të përgjimeve të jashtëligjshme nuk rezulton se jap para për të blerë vota.
- Prokurorja e Gjykatës së Posaçme të SPAK-ut ka përdorur një dokument të falsifikuar të gjoja dënimit tim në të kaluarën, kur në dëshminë e penalitetit, e cila lëshohet elektronikisht, rezultoj i padënuar.

- Për një korrupsion të pretenduar prej 40 000 lekësh (380 euro) kam tre muaj që jam në paraburgim. Për analogji, sa shekuj duhet të burgosen dhjetëra bashkëpunëtorë të Ramës të ndjekur penalisht për korrupsion?

“I miri” Edi Rama i referohet një fjale të urtë shqiptare duke kërkuar “të mos digjet jorgani për një plesht”. Më lejoni t'i them një fjalë të urtë greke: “luani dallohet edhe nga thoi”. Nuk nevojitet të shohim shumë. Nga ajo që ka bërë kryeministri Rama në rastin tim, mund të nxjerrim konkluzione të vlefshme për gjendjen e përgjithshme të drejtësisë dhe shtetit ligjor në atdheun tim Shqipëri.

Së fundi, “i miri” Edi Rama thotë se grekët dhe shqiptarët janë “një fytyrë, një rracë”. Ndoshta po, ndoshta jo. Megjithatë, Rama si kryeministër sigurisht tregon se është “një fytyrë, një rracë” me Erdoganin. Edhe Erdogani flet për drejtësi të pavarur dhe kërkon që vendimet e tij të respektohen.

Duke përfunduar, “i miri” Edi Rama thotë le të lemë drejtësinë të bëjë punën e saj e pashqetësuar. Le t'i thotë pastaj kryeministrit Edi Rama të më lërë të betohem si kryetar bashkie. Kjo nuk është punë e drejtësisë. Është vendim i drejtorit të përgjithshëm të burgjeve.
