The incident in Gramsh, the Foreign Ministry refutes the Russian embassy
Svetlana Timofoeva is the 33-year-old Russian who was reported by the Albanian authorities as one of the three people arrested on Saturday, after they tried to enter the military plant of Gramsci, injuring two members of the Armed Forces of Albania.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denies having received any notes from the Russian embassy for the two citizens captured in Gramsh, one is Ukrainian,

Contrary to what the Russian embassy declared, the ministry tells Euroneqs Albania that until now there is no official letter.

The Russian Embassy stated earlier today that it has not received information from the official Albanian authorities regarding the detention of Russian citizens suspected of infiltration.

Two Russian citizens and a Ukrainian were arrested on Saturday after they tried to enter the weapons depot in Gramsh by attacking two of the soldiers guarding the area.
