Between April 21 and 23, the head of the Albanian government was in the neighboring country, Greece, where he participated in the Delphi Economic Forum.

During his stay, Rama held a series of official meetings, including a meeting with his Greek counterpart, Kyriakos Mitsotakis , a meeting which came after a period of tensions and disagreements last year.

However, beyond the diplomatic agenda and the numerous handshakes at the forum, a meeting with the United States Ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle , has also attracted particular attention .
