The Parliament of Albania is holding an extraordinary session today to vote on the changes in the Government where Prime Minister Edi Rama dismissed the Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, who was also the Minister of State for Reconstruction. The post of Deputy Prime Minister was entrusted to the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Belinda Balluku, while the Minister of State next to the Prime Minister, Majlinda Dhuka, was appointed.
But, immediately after the beginning of the session, before the changes were voted by the Assembly, Arben Ahmetaj is sitting in the hall, while Belinda Balluku is sitting on the right side of the Prime Minister.
The camera captured an interesting moment where, immediately after Rama's arrival, he wanted to say something to him in a low voice. Rama sometimes appears smiling and sometimes surprised by what Balluku tells him.
While, as seen below, Ahmetaj is sitting in the hall next to Gjiknuri. The new minister Majlinda Dhuka has also arrived in the Assembly, as can be seen in the photos below.
