The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, has ironized the former president Ilir Meta, regarding the letter that the Authority of Files has sent to the Assembly, where the latter is mentioned as an associate of the State Security.

She quoted a part taken from "The unpunished crimes of communism", by the writer Ismail Kadare, where it is emphasized that "spies are not only not wanted and discovered, but they earn decorations and titles".

Spiropali writes, among other things, that the former State Security, the biggest monster that the Albanian nation has spawned to date, felt elation every time its people managed to climb to the surface.
