Ilir Meta the 'spy'? Vasili's request to Nicholas: I want

MP Petrit Vasili sent another letter to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, requesting information about the Files Authority, where they were told that the name of Ilir Meta was the former security guard.

Vasili demands that the information received by Nikolla be made available to him, which she herself called "shocking" in a statement to the media yesterday.

" Since your great shock on a hot summer day, which arose after an anonymous letter caused you such great concern, I ask you again to make this information available to us, as I remind you that regarding the right to information, there is no one privileged in the Assembly of Albania, where a President of the Assembly and some group leaders have the right to be informed, while the deputies are denied this legitimate and fundamental right, " he writes.

Vasili's full letter:

You went public yesterday and informed the public that you were very shocked by a letter, based on an anonymous email, that you had sent to the Files Authority. You also declared to the public that you urgently called and informed the Chairmen of the Parliamentary Groups and the Chairmen of the Law and Security Committees.

I ask you to inform me about this letter, which shocked you so much and which, as we learn from the media, is simply based on an anonymous e-mail.

The scandalous misuse and abuse of the Parliament of Albania by placing it in the function of disgusting political scenarios, built by the direction of the government and for its purposes, and with scenarios similar to those of the former State Security and based on papers anonymous and other anti-criminal and anti-secret perversities, charges you with extremely heavy responsibility.

It is a fact that you were not shocked at all, nor did you inform the deputies at all, when the Assembly of Albania, which you lead, falsified and manipulated the documents openly and in a scandalous manner, which it sent to the Constitutional Court in the case of the request for the impeachment of President Mr. Ilir META, with the purpose of manipulating and deceiving the Court and misusing the Assembly of Albania for this purpose, and for which the Assembly is sued in SPAK as never before in its history.

The obligation to inform on your part is an insurmountable obligation because the Assembly of Albania has neither been nor will be the property of the Speaker of the Assembly, but it is the fundamental institution from which our Parliamentary Republic originates and where the existence of this Assembly is only the entirety of one hundred and forty equal deputies elected by the people's vote.

I want to remind you that I have addressed you directly or even publicly several times before regarding the scandalous blocking of extremely important draft laws, even those that reflect decisions of the Constitutional Court, but you have neither been shocked nor have move your finger to do the little administrative task you have.

Since, your great shock on a hot summer day, which was born after an anonymous letter caused you so much concern, I ask you again to make this information available to us, as I remind you about the right to information there is no one privileged in the Assembly of Albania, where a President of the Assembly and some group leaders have the right to be informed, while the deputies are denied this legitimate and fundamental right.
